VENDOR PARTICIPATION:

We kindly ask all vendors to remain fully operational for the entire duration of the event. Early departure or takedown is prohibited unless your inventory is completely sold out.

Your presence until the end of the show ensures a consistent and vibrant experience for all guests and fellow business owners.

We don’t want our show attendees to feel rushed due to a vendor packing up before the takedown time.

HANDCRAFTED ITEMS ONLY.

We are advertising this show as one exclusively for handcrafted items.

Vendors agree that all items they will sell will be handmade/handcrafted by them or a family member, and will not sell items from in-home businesses (e.g., Pampered Chef, Tupperware, Scentsy).

SET UP TIMES:

Set up must be completed by 9 A.M. on Saturday, as doors open to the public at 9 A.M.

a. Friday night from 4:00 P.M. – 7:00 P.M. 

b. Saturday from 7:00 A.M. to 9 A.M.

TAKE DOWN TIME:

3:45 - 6 P.M. Saturday - Crafters must be out of the building by 6 P.M.

Vehicles are not allowed in the buildings to load/unload.

Vendors who reserved the venue’s chairs must hang their chairs on the chair racks that will be placed around the building at the end of the show.

VENDOR PARKING:

Vendors, please follow the parking rules. We want to reserve the spaces near the building for our shoppers.

    a. Ag Pavilion, far north area of the north parking lot after unloading.

LOADING/UNLOADING:

Please use the loading areas quickly and courteously so other vendors can also utilize these spaces.  No parking is allowed in the driveway except for unloading and loading.

SALES TAX:

Vendors are responsible for collecting sales tax and remitting it to the Nebraska Department of Revenue. 

Vendors will need a tax ID number for the State of Nebraska (some use their SSN).

Seward’s sales tax is 7.5%.

BE COURTEOUS:

Vendors are asked to be courteous to coordinators, other vendors, and customers.

Legacy Elite Organizing, LLC reserves the right not to ask a vendor to come back next year due to discourteous behavior.

MIDDLE ROW VENDORS:

Please respect the 1-foot space between your booth and the booth behind you. This space is reserved for electrical cords and is NOT included in your booth space.

BOOTH SETUP/SPACE:

Vendors are responsible for ensuring their setup (tables, racks, tents, etc) fits within their assigned space. 

Booth space corners will be marked on the floor with tape so it’s clear where all booth spaces are. Vendors must bring their own table coverings and any additional display items they need.

Your boxes/containers for your products must be stored at your booth or in your vehicle/trailer; they cannot be stored in other areas of the building.

BOOTH CONTENT:

All booths must maintain legal and appropriate content suitable for all ages.

If you are selling any licensed products such as Husker, John Deere, etc, make sure you have the proper licensing to be able to sell such items and the official hologram sticker

from CLC (www.clc.com) or applicable licensing company.
